DK Education Collaborative
DK Education Collaborative believes that each leader has a responsibility to transform systems
so all students experience
meaningful learning and belonging.
We embolden educators to be instructional change agents who create a culture of belonging, elevate learning practices, and ensure that each student thrives by designing intentional systems necessary successf for all.
The Collaborative Commitment
Each member of the collaborative contributes to at least one of the four components of the team mission:
Develop Change-Focused Leadership: Supporting leaders to move from managing schools to lead instructional systems using The Constellation of Learning™ Approach to Student-Centered Schools.
Design Systems that Serve Every Learner: Helping districts align structures, practices and mindsets so that “all” truly means all.
Strengthening Instructional Practice: Equipping educators with tools and processes that create scalable teaching and learning improvements.
Building Collective Efficacy: Creating cultures where educators —believe and demonstrate—that their actions change student outcomes.
